Funny Story

So today my buddy Mike Flores (of Mike Flores Photography) was scheduled to come over and take some shots of me at the studio for promo purposes. I was in the studio all day, working on various projects. Mike shows up at 4:45. At 4:46, a torrential downpour ensued. At 4:51, the power went out. Mike had taken all of maybe 3 shots before the lights went out.

And of course, the power NEVER came back on. Needless to say, we were fairly bummed about that. So we started taking some shots in the dark! At one point, we both had our iPhone LEDs on (via our respective flashlight apps) and pointed towards my face – the perfect lighting setup! He took some shots but it was so pitch dark, I was facing random directions in 99% of them. The pic with the computer turned off is one that we took in pitch darkness!

I guess we’ll have to schedule a re-shoot!
